Sonia Smithers

Sonia joined the team at Waterfront Properties in 2016 wanting to share her passion and local knowledge of the peninsula. Sonia and her husband purchased their first property on the peninsula at Newport in 2001.

Sonia is a qualified sales consultant who is actively involved in the marketing of our successful development projects. She also takes care of the office administration and reception, and her bubbly, friendly personality makes her a hit with everyone from tradespeople to business clients.

Sonia has over 30 years’ experience in business administration, management and client relationships. She is best described as an optimistic team player who uses her “outside the box” problem solving skills to obtain the best possible outcome for her customers, whether they are buyers or sellers.
